How to use
Step 1
Place the filter mesh in the container and pour in the yogurt. (Max 1.8L)
* Do not use the press plate and stick during the first when separation.

Step 2
Close it with the silicone packing airtight lid.

Step 3
Please separate at first in the refrigerator.
* 1.2L or less - 12~15 hours
* 1.6L or less - 15~20 hours
* 1.8L - 24 hours

Step 4
After separating the first whey, open the lid and place the pressure plate.

Step 5
Insert the stick into the round groove inside the lid.

Step 6
Close the lid by aligning it well with the round groove on the press plate and the lid.

Step 7
Put it in the refrigerator and perform the second separation. (5~10 hours)

Step 8
More fluffy Greek yogurt is completed!
